libapache2-reload-perl software package provides module for reloading Perl modules when changed on disk, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-reload-perl
libapache2-reload-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache2-reload-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache2-reload-perl *
You will get with libapache2-reload-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
